Cloistering

= ironical choice of a word according to sorta medievalist I know.
Means retreat to one's own cloister.
It usually takes place for a good reason; monks and nuns have tended to cloister
due to meditation, intensive periods of committed praying or, perhaps, just for w*nking.
Also, reading, copying and writing have traditionally been most acceptable reasons
for cloistering.

I've been cloistering a bit lately.
