Viimeinkin löysin arkistoni kätköstä yhden version erokirjettäni Ryanairille! Laitankin sen nyt tänne.
I know you wish to know the reasons why people resign, so I though of putting them to paper.
I know already that I do love my work and that is why I'm heading to another airline, which - I believe - care for their cabin crew.
I resolved to change companies after I heard what * said to one of my colleagues: 'We wouldn't be the leading low-fares airline if we cared for our 1150 cabin crew.'
Even though I find little or no reason whatsoever to contradict her sentence during my time here, I still find it appalling behaviour that my boss can say a thing like that aloud.
I cannot, and will not, say that my time wth Ryanair wouldn't have hd positive aspects as well: the long hours have made me realize that I love the occupation no matter what. And with just a hint of self-righteous selfishness I can say that it is a big loss for Ryanair to lose those who truly love this job. Maybe one day the company will realize that genuine smiles make happy customers and that what we were taught in our sales training: one happy customer brings 3 more customers, but an unhappy one takes 7 away.
Truth to be told, you do pretty good job in managing a base this big and towards me you've always been polite and cordial. I am amazed, however, how many crew controllers and * herself should be put into some course to learn even the basics of manners..."
Valitettavasti tuo on vain osa sitä kaikkea, mitä kirjoitin. Uudistanpa tämän, kunhan löydän lopullisen version. :D
