About the Workshop
In this workshop, you will have the opportunity to explore tantric practices in a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere among queer people. The exercises invite you to presence, authenticity and connection. They offer a chance to drop the masks and truly meet one another. During the workshop, we will engage in tantric exercises that foster connection. We will also explore play, movement and conscious touch.

You can participate alone, with your partner(s), or with friends. The exercises are done individually, in pairs (rotating or with your own partner), and in a group setting.

Important
All exercises are voluntary, and we respect both our own and others' boundaries. Together, we create a safer space for everyone. The event is 18+, substance-free, and free from discrimination. Diversity is a richness, and all participants commit to confidentiality. No prior experience is needed. The workshop will be guided in English. Unfortunately the space is not accessible.

Wear comfortable and flexible clothing — something that feels good to be in. Bring a water bottle and, if you wish, a small snack for the break. Please avoid strong fragrances and only attend if you are feeling well.

Arrival at the venue is 17:45.
The workshop starts at 18, so please be on time.
The event ends with a shared closing at 21.

Facilitator
The workshop is guided by Kristiina Puukko / Ihmisten yhdistäjät. Kristiina is a sex therapist, tantra facilitator, and community educator. She has long been working to promote inclusivity and community building. Over the past twenty years, she has created various events and platforms for meaningful encounters. Kristiina has also been awarded for her contributions to queer culture (QX Awards 2018).
