Self Reflections on Sexual Ideals

In collaboration with Helsinki Pride 2025. Hosted by psychologist and future sexuality advisor Ellen Byman, this workshop invites participants to explore their internalized beliefs about how one should behave and be as a sexual being. Through guided reflection, participants will examine how these ideals influence the experience of their own sexuality. The event is hosted in English and takes place at the Compass Psychology office.
