So, while pretending to work, my mind wandered and ended up finding the most INTERESTING site devoted to The L Word.

I liked The L Word and can't wait for it to return to TV, but it did take me about 4 episodes to get over the VERY plastic lives of the characters...

Eventually, I simply shrugged it off and decided: It's TV baybe!

What on earth is this Hell's Kitchen show?

You could not pay me to eat the food they are creating, but then I have always been more interested in less pretentious foods... Not that fine cuisine does not appeal to me, but when it is too much of a big deal and too expensive and simply does not taste good, who cares?

Asian, Mediterranean, African, Central and South American Cuisine go a long way to being delicious, exotic and interesting, without being overboard...

Other times, nothing beats a huge and greasy hamburger with everything, steak cut fries, an ice cold Coca Cola and a hunk of drop-dead chocolate cake...

One can't be too healthy all the time...

Actually it's just me, preparing to workout, gotta look my best for when I finally have my dream of being the meat in a Jorja/Mariska sandwich come true...

Well, I feel quite accomplished...

I managed to write a poem today...

I tried publishing them for a while, but I kept getting answers from publishers that basically said: Your poems are too erotic, too lesbian, just too... HOT! for our straight-laced, up-tight press... Sorry...

Strange day...

For whatever reason, I am feeling very lonely today...

Some of my friends ask why I live on the edge of Siberia, sometimes I have an answer, other times I don't know.

I left a MAJOR city about 3 years ago, having finally had enough of the rat-race, at least for a while.

But now I think I am ready to join it again...

It's raining, but it's Friday, so who cares?

Today promises to be a calm day otherwise, no doubt I will get a lot done, just as soon as I have my coffee.

My puppy is not real thrilled about the rain of course, it's adorably pitiful really...

I am still trying to figure out why it is along weekend though, I am afraid I am so obtuse when it comes to holidays. Normally, that does not matter, but boy howdy!

When I have a girlfriend and forget holidays!

Sheesh!

You know, I am not at all sure I noticed any plot-lines in the episodes of SVU that I have seen so far?

I am a die-hard Law&Order fan, so I do watch the spin-offs, but mostly I watch them because of 'de vimin'...

I'm so bad... If I were a book, I'd be banned for certain!

And I have my windows open and my air-vents undone...

Not that I am complaining about the warm weather, but it sure is weird. Three years ago, it snowed October 10th or so, and the snow did not leave until about May 10th the next year...

I think we had colder days during the summer...

Of course, I am a wuss and never wear short pants in summer, but that is because of the &@&&%!%#%#!! gnats and mosquitos and OMG, the horseflies! Telling you what, when you work out of doors and the little buggers are out in full-force...

Is so very counter-intuitive...

Or maybe I need more coffee?

I used to use ICQ years ago, but it seems that msn is the new thing, I think the problem is that I am simply not into live chat anymore...
