What on earth is this Hell's Kitchen show?
You could not pay me to eat the food they are creating, but then I have always been more interested in less pretentious foods... Not that fine cuisine does not appeal to me, but when it is too much of a big deal and too expensive and simply does not taste good, who cares?
Asian, Mediterranean, African, Central and South American Cuisine go a long way to being delicious, exotic and interesting, without being overboard...
Other times, nothing beats a huge and greasy hamburger with everything, steak cut fries, an ice cold Coca Cola and a hunk of drop-dead chocolate cake...
One can't be too healthy all the time...
