Dear vet Pol, and other veterinarian specialists of the FOX channel.
I have been trying to reason with my neighbour for decades now.
She used to have a pet brown bear, who in two occasions decided to come to our side of the fence and cause havoc.
In both occations we were able to deter him and throw him back to the other side of our fence, but with a big cost to our garden.
That bear passed away, however, and after that she got a new pet; a huge, friendly caucasian shepherd dog. He was nice enough for a while, but lately, to be honest, I think he has gone rabid.
He keeps attacking other neighbours and even bites his owners. Right now, when I'm watching out of the window, he is destroying the yard of another neighbour, and has made a big part of their garden his "playground".
I wonder if anything could be done in this kind of situation.
Please help or I have to call to the Northern Animal Taming Organisation (NATO).
