If you mean the basic "Mars" (a ring with an arrow attached to the ring pointing to 2 o'clock) and "Venus" (a ring with a plus -sign attatched to the ring pointing to 6 o'clock) -signs, of course we do.
They are the basic astrological -and also astronomical, weird enough- symbols for Mars And Venus, man and woman.
When you half overlap two same symbols, you get the man and man, woman and woman signs, a.k.a gay and lesbian ones.
(although, these are so international ones, that you must have thought about something else, in which case I haven't a clue...)
